Role Description

As the Customer and Retention Manager, you’ll play a major role in Snif’s retention marketing efforts. You will support planning, execution, and analysis across key initiatives including:

Highly-organized and detail-oriented, they ensure seamless execution across multiple channels. The Customer and Retention Manager will report directly to our VP of Customer and Retention, and will work closely with our teams across marketing, creative and brand, retail, and product development. While we are based in New York City, we operate as a fully remote team.
