Role Description
The Partnerships & Activations Marketing Manager will play a critical role in Snif’s marketing strategy and growth. You will support planning, execution, and tracking across key initiatives including:
- Influencer strategy and relationships
- Product seeding
- Sampling
- Events
- Public relations
This role requires an individual who is motivated to problem-solve, build relationships, and think creatively. Key responsibilities include:
- Define go-to-market strategies for new product launches
- Lead Snif’s creator and affiliate marketing efforts
- Own planning and execution of in-person activations
- Own reporting for growth initiatives
- Support Snif’s partnerships and collaborations
- Support Snif’s PR strategy
- Grow Snif’s offline marketing efforts
- Provide support for additional business and marketing needs
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of work experience; agency or brand experience preferred
- Ability to dive into data analysis, expertly plan events, and build relationships
- Strength and rigor in navigating ambiguity
- Eagerness to roll-up your sleeves with a “figure it out” mentality
- Strong communication skills and professionalism
- Next-level time management and organization skills
- Genuine excitement for the creator economy and influencer marketing
- Strong awareness and experience using Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
- Ability to quickly understand Snif’s brand and voice
- Eye for up-and-coming trends and concepts
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Powerpoint, and Google Suite
- Curious, innovative, and constantly seeking improvement
- Ability and desire to thrive in a fully remote team environment
- Desire for the excitement and freedom of an early-stage startup
Requirements
- Proven success at a fast-paced start-up, extra bonus points if in the beauty industry
- Experience with influencer affiliate platforms (Impact, ShopMy, etc.)
- Event planning and execution experience
