Role Description

AtlasBrands is looking for a high-ownership Creative Strategist to own creative strategy for paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube. Operating as an autonomous strategist within our performance pods, you will turn data and consumer insights into high-converting ad concepts, scripts, and briefs to fuel our rapid scaling engine.

What You'll Do

• Creative Strategy & Concepting: Develop data-backed creative strategies, hypotheses, and ad concepts tailored for paid social channels.
• Research & Positioning: Conduct deep consumer, product, and competitor research to identify untapped positioning angles, customer pain points, and hooks.
• Briefing & Scriptwriting: Write clear, production-ready creative briefs, scripts, hooks, and ad copy optimized for direct-response performance.
• Post-Production Direction: Partner closely with Video Editors to guide execution, review creative outputs, and provide precise, actionable feedback.
• Data Synthesis & Iteration: Analyze campaign performance data to identify winning concepts, dissect fatigue, and rapidly launch iteration cycles.
• Creative Testing Ownership: Track, synthesize, and communicate key learnings from creative tests to establish repeatable playbooks across our portfolio.

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years of hands-on experience in creative strategy, paid social, or performance marketing within DTC/e-commerce.
• Deep understanding of Meta, TikTok, and YouTube ad platforms, placements, and creative best practices.
• Exceptional ability to interpret performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS, hold rate) and translate raw data into direct creative direction.
• Excellent written and verbal English skills with a strong command of script structure, psychological triggers, and hooks.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment with high autonomy, executing rapidly without needing micro-management.

Nice to Have

• Experience managing UGC-style or creator-led ad workflows.
• Specialized experience in high-risk or health/supplement verticals.
