At Organics Ocean, we need a Creative Strategist who turns performance insights into high-converting ad creative across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Google Ads. This is an individual contributor, non-leadership role that requires strong cross-functional collaboration and a high-volume execution mindset. You take accountability for results, pay attention to every detail, and move fast to iterate creative based on data.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in direct-response creative strategy and scripting for paid social/search in a DTC e-commerce environment.
• Proven experience scaling supplement/wellness brands using high-volume User Generated Content (UGC) ad strategies.
• Master storyteller who writes engaging narrative copy, possesses a direct-response mindset, is highly coachable, and thrives in an agile environment.
• Ability to translate complex product formulations into consumer-friendly marketing angles.
• Direct knowledge of FTC/FDA dietary supplement advertising rules (claims vs. benefit structure).
• Fluency in creative metrics (Hook Rate, Hold Rate, CTR, CVR, CPA) to guide asset iterations.

Requirements

• Hands-on skill with Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud (to make quick iteration edits and judge design quality).
• Experience using ChatGPT, Claude, Higgsfield, or similar tools for ideation and scripting.
• Direct experience with Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google Ads, Dropbox, and Google Workspace.
• Ability to accommodate limited required travel.
• Willingness to work US time zones, regardless of geographic location.
• Access to a computer, a reliable internet connection, and a distraction-free work environment.
