Role Description

We are seeking a strategic and innovative Director of Marketing to lead brand growth, lead generation, and occupancy initiatives across our senior living communities. This role is responsible for building impactful campaigns, strengthening our brand, and driving measurable results that align with our mission of enriching residents’ lives.

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that support occupancy growth, retention, and market expansion.
• Partner with senior leadership to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
• Lead brand management efforts, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels.
• Oversee digital marketing (SEO, PPC, social media, website) and traditional marketing (print, direct mail, events).
• Drive lead generation and partner with sales teams to optimize conversion.
• Support local community marketing events and build referral/industry relationships.
• Monitor KPIs, analyze ROI, and adjust strategies based on data insights.
• Serve as a spokesperson for PR, media, and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years of marketing experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Experience in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality preferred.
• Proven expertise in digital marketing, branding, and campaign management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Data-driven, creative thinker who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.
