Role Description
As a Cluster Marketing Specialist (m/f/x), you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

Developing and executing marketing plans, campaigns, and tactical initiatives for assigned products, portfolios, or markets aligned with business objectives.

Generating actionable customer, market, and stakeholder insights to support commercial decision-making, growth opportunities, and market trend analysis.

Partnering with Sales and cross-functional teams to enhance customer engagement, sales enablement, CRM adoption, segmentation, and engagement planning.

Leading digital and omnichannel marketing initiatives, including email campaigns, web content, social media activities, digital assets, and campaign performance optimization.

Supporting pricing analyses, business cases, channel programs, distributor collaboration, and marketing project execution while ensuring compliance with company policies and governance requirements.
Qualifications

Bachelorβs or Masterβs degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related discipline from an accredited institution.

Experience working in regional healthcare, medical device, or developing market environments, including collaboration with distributors, channel partners, and commercial stakeholders.

Demonstrated ability to translate customer insights and performance data into actionable recommendations that improve marketing effectiveness, customer engagement, and business outcomes.

Strong understanding of modern marketing principles, including product and channel marketing, customer and market insights, digital marketing, CRM, brand management, commercial excellence, and sales enablement.

Experience supporting marketing strategy, campaign execution, customer engagement programs, business analytics, pricing analysis, and cross-functional project management.

Fluency in written and spoken English and Polish, with excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
Requirements

Work location: Remote from Poland.

Travel: May include up to 40% domestic and international travel based on business needs.

Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
