[Hiring] Campaign Operations @Binance

Role Description

• Assist in the full lifecycle of Square campaign operations, including:
  • Drafting campaign documentation
  • Managing backend configurations
  • Coordinating on-site promotions (banners, push notifications, and pop-ups)
  • Overseeing campaign launches
  • Tracking ongoing progress and post-campaign management
• Collect & extract frequently-appeared cases from user inquiries, work with Product and Tech teams to debug issues, verify fixes, and reduce the number of potential user cases.
• Handle escalated user tickets from the Mod & Customer Service team, maintain FAQs and other user documents to ensure consistent communication and improve user experience.
• Monitor real-time campaign data and deliver post-campaign reports with actionable insights for future optimization.
• Plan, coordinate, and launch integrated growth initiatives and campaigns in partnership with cross-functional teams to accelerate scalable user and content growth.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate, with a strong interest in crypto, blockchain, and digital communities.
• Past experience in Web3, content or creator economy is a plus advantage.
• Strong bilingual communication skills in English and Mandarin, with the ability to effectively engage vendors and internal stakeholders across regions.
• Execution excellence with attention to details and a high level of patience and accountability.
• Good communication and collaboration skills with ability to think critically and solve problems independently.
• Resourceful, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
