[Hiring] B2B Growth Marketer @Platzi

Role Description

You'll own B2B demand generation at Platzi as a hands-on individual contributor. Your job is to turn content, paid media and landing pages into company leads and measurable pipeline. You'll make LinkedIn our main channel to reach talent and learning leaders, and you'll shape how we experiment to grow faster.

• Own B2B social content, keeping LinkedIn 95% focused on business audiences.
• Plan, launch and optimize B2B paid campaigns on LinkedIn Ads and other channels.
• Build and improve landing pages that capture leads for Platzi's SaaS offering.
• Create an experimentation framework to test messaging, audiences, formats and pages.
• Track every piece of content and campaign through to sales opportunity.
• Adapt campaigns and budget to increasingly longer B2B sales cycles.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in B2B marketing, ideally in SaaS or EdTech.
• Proven experience managing paid media budgets on LinkedIn Ads.
• Strong command of analytics and attribution tools like GA4 or HubSpot.
• Hands-on experience building landing pages and running A/B tests for conversion.
• Experience working closely with sales teams on long sales cycles.
• Ability to write content that resonates with HR, L&D and tech leaders.
