Role Description

We are hiring an Amazon Ads Specialist for our client, a London based Amazon and marketplace agency that is part of a global group. You will work on one large client account across multiple Amazon marketplaces, running both PPC and DSP. You will report to a Senior Ads Manager and work with account managers, the client and vendors.

• Build, launch, manage and optimise Amazon Ads campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display) across multiple marketplaces.
• Activate and manage Amazon DSP campaigns, including audience setup, targeting and budget pacing.
• Use Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC) for audience building, path to conversion and incrementality analysis.
• Monitor performance daily and make decisions on bids, budgets, keywords and targeting to hit ACoS, ROAS and TACoS goals.
• Report on performance and explain results clearly to account managers and the client.
• Work directly with the client and vendors on campaign plans, promotions and launches.
• Help shape the advertising strategy for the account as you grow in the role.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience managing Amazon Ads (4+ years preferred).
• Proven experience activating and running Amazon DSP campaigns, not only PPC.
• Working knowledge of Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC).
• Experience managing campaigns across more than one Amazon marketplace (EU, UK or US).
• Comfortable talking to clients and presenting results.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Strong with data and Excel or Google Sheets.

Requirements

• German, French, Spanish or Italian (Nice to have).
• Experience building advertising strategy for a brand (Nice to have).
• SQL skills for AMC queries (Nice to have).
• Experience with ad tech tools such as Pacvue, Perpetua or Skai (Nice to have).
