Role Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Affiliate Marketing Executive to support the execution and growth of our affiliate marketing program. This role will focus on nurturing relationships with affiliate partners, providing education, and optimising campaigns to drive new lead generation channels. The ideal candidate will be passionate about affiliate marketing, with the ability to work with external partners, manage campaigns, and contribute to the overall marketing success.

  • Support the planning and execution of affiliate campaigns, ensuring that they align with business goals and marketing strategies.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with affiliate partners, including influencers, bloggers, and content creators.
  • Proactively provide support and education on how to effectively promote our services.
  • Regularly provide affiliates with insights and best practices for driving traffic and conversions.
  • Develop educational resources (guides, webinars, etc.) to ensure they are equipped to succeed.
  • Track affiliate campaign performance, including traffic, conversions, and ROI.
  • Provide actionable insights to improve campaign performance and partner engagement.
  • Collaborate with the content team to create and deliver marketing materials such as banners, email templates, and social media content that resonates with affiliates' audiences.
  • Encourage and support affiliates in consistently referring high-quality leads, helping convert them where needed.
  • Contribute to strategies aimed at expanding the affiliate program by onboarding new partners, exploring new partnership opportunities, and identifying emerging trends.
  • Work closely with the sales team to streamline the referral-to-client journey and align messaging and tools.
  • Ensure all affiliate activities comply with legal requirements, company guidelines, and maintain brand consistency.
  • Monitor affiliates' marketing activities to ensure high-quality content and messaging.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years in affiliate marketing, partner management, business development, or a similar relationship-focused role.
  • Basic knowledge of affiliate networks, platforms, and performance-based campaigns.
  • Familiarity with tools like Impact, Referral Rock, or SignNow is a plus.
  • Ability to analyse data and performance metrics, and understanding key performance indicators (KPIs) in affiliate marketing.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to educate and support affiliates in a way that drives long-term success.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adjust strategies based on performance data and market trends.
  • Understanding of referral-based models and how to drive consistent revenue through partnerships.
  • Proficiency with affiliate marketing platforms and CRM software (HubSpot, Salesforce), with an understanding of basic SEO and SEM principles.
  • A degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred but not required.
