Role Description

Penta Group is seeking a detail-oriented Ads Campaign Coordinator to manage and optimize multi-channel digital advertising campaigns across self-serve ad platforms. In this role, you will oversee campaign execution, including flighting, A/B testing, ad uploading and building, troubleshooting, budget monitoring, and performance optimization to ensure efficient budget allocation and alignment with client objectives. You will also manage third-party data onboarding, QA data segment uploads via LiveRamp, and ensure seamless integration into campaign platforms.

This role is ideal for a data-driven professional with a passion for advertising, analytics, and delivering measurable results.

  • Independently manage and execute digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and demand-side platforms (DSPs).
  • Continuously monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize campaigns in real time, adjusting pacing, bids, and targeting as needed.
  • Lead A/B testing initiatives to improve ad performance and maximize KPIs.
  • Oversee third-party data onboarding and QA data segment uploads through LiveRamp.
  • Collaborate with Media and Creative teams to ensure ad specs, formats, asset requirements, and best practices are applied across all platforms.
  • Work with Analytics and Media teams to ensure campaign data is accurately reflected in performance dashboards and provide insights and support.
  • Manage budget allocation and pacing to ensure efficient campaign delivery within spend limits.
  • Stay up to date on platform updates, advertising trends, and emerging technologies.
  • Liaise with external media vendors and platform representatives to optimize partnerships and campaign performance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in digital advertising, media buying, or campaign execution, with a proven track record of managing campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Demonstrable experience using analytics tools like Google Analytics, or similar platforms.
  • Advanced proficiency in advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and demand-side platforms.
  • Familiarity with visualization platforms such as Looker Studio, Tableau, Databox, etc.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Hands-on experience with budget pacing and bid strategy adjustments, ensuring campaigns are delivered efficiently within spend parameters.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns and data points.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and turn it into actionable insights.
  • Experience working with clients in regulated industry environments like Healthcare, Telecommunications, Financial Services, Agriculture, or others, is highly preferred.

Requirements

  • The base salary range for this position will be $77,000 - $87,000 depending on a candidate’s experience and qualifications as they relate to the position.
