[Hiring] Ad Accounts Team Lead @Boosta

Role Description

We are currently looking for a strong Ad Accounts Team Lead to join our partner company, which is building products in the iGaming vertical. In the Ad Accounts Team Lead position, you will be responsible for:

• Creating and preparing Facebook accounts for launching ad campaigns.
• Providing media buyers with accounts in line with the team's needs and established KPIs.
• Monitoring the quality, stability and lifetime of accounts.
• Overseeing the team's work.
• Keeping records of accounts, tracking results and updating statuses in a timely manner.
• Analyzing the causes of bans and other issues, looking for ways to improve account quality.
• Interacting with media buyers and responding promptly to the team's needs.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of hands-on experience preparing and managing Facebook ad accounts.
• Understanding of the specifics of working with ad accounts in Facebook Ads.
• Understanding of the main causes of bans and ways to improve account stability.
• Independence, proactivity and readiness to adapt quickly to change.
• Ability to communicate effectively with the team and control processes.
