[Hiring] Account Coordinator, Paid Social @DEPT®

Role Description

As an Account Coordinator, Paid Social, your primary function will be to provide essential production support for your account team. Day-to-day responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Building and launching paid social campaigns
• Implementing account tasks and optimizations
• Trafficking creative assets
• Running and formatting performance reports
• Supporting ongoing testing initiatives
• Participating in internal syncs, client meetings, and presentations
• Taking detailed notes and assisting with follow-ups

Qualifications

• A minimum of 6 months’ paid social experience (Facebook ads a must, TikTok and Snapchat a bonus)
• Desire to quickly learn and master social channels
• Proven prior work experience in a production-oriented or similar role
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Proficient in Excel (vlookup, pivot tables, concatenating, text to columns)
• High level of independence, curiosity, and desire to grow your responsibilities and skill set

Requirements

• Implementing Paid Social campaigns by assembling plans and objectives
• Creating schedules, organizing, reporting data, and tracking progress
• Collecting, analyzing, and processing large amounts of data
• Managing your workflow to ensure timely delivery on projects
• Crafting clear and compelling internal and external communications
• Working collaboratively and cross-functionally across internal channels
• Maintaining a working knowledge of Paid Social channels such as Meta Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Reddit, and Snap
• Preparing weekly/monthly reports and making recommendations for optimization
