[Hiring] Account Coordinator @Elevate Reach

Role Description

Elevate Reach is hiring an Account Coordinator to keep our client relationships running smoothly day to day. This is a full-time, fully remote position on our own team.

• Handle client requests, track renewals, and ensure every promise made gets kept.
• Work closely with Account Managers to learn how strong client relationships turn into long-term business.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years in client services, account coordination, or customer support.
• Organized and dependable with follow-through.
• Confident speaking with clients by phone and video.
• Polished written communication.
• Comfortable with a CRM and spreadsheets.
• A quiet home workspace with reliable high-speed internet.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Requirements

• Respond to client requests by email, phone, and video.
• Track renewal dates, service changes, and open items for each account.
• Prepare account summaries and meeting notes.
• Coordinate with internal teams to get client requests done on time.
• Follow up after every client meeting with clear next steps.
• Keep account records organized and current in our CRM.
• Flag clients who may want more services to the Account Manager.
