Role Description
This is an executive position supporting revenue-generating activities across all CRx business units, all client products and services, and all distribution channels. The Vice-President, AGC will:

Review, draft and negotiate a wide variety of contracts, in collaboration with the sales force account managers, and members of the management team.

Coordinate with and advise Sales, Finance, Compliance, Operations, Marketing, New Product Development and functions regarding such contracts and applicable state and federal law.

Help the company achieve its business and strategic objectives, including the launch of new products and services.

Provide strong leadership and represent the Legal department internally and with clients and vendors.

Train new Legal Department colleagues and provide leadership on a range of CRx projects.
Qualifications

Law degree (J.D.) from a top law school; excellent academic credentials.

Member of the State Bar of New Jersey or willing to obtain a limited license to practice law in New Jersey.

Healthcare background is preferred; familiarity with the Anti-Kickback Statute, OIG, HIPAA, FTC and FDA rules and regulations will be very helpful.

Minimum of four to seven years or more legal experience, preferably including a minimum of three yearsβ experience at a large well-respected law firm.

Full working knowledge of contract drafting and negotiation; robust understanding of contract and regulatory law related to pharma industry.

Excellent drafting skills; demonstrated experience with complicated commercial transactions.

Posted Salary Range
USD $215,400.00 - USD $289,400.00 /Yr.
