Role Description

The Title Curative Specialist is a REMOTE position responsible for reviewing title issues and assisting clients with curing title issues. In addition, they are responsible for:

• Reviewing the issue and notifying our title claims team.
• Keeping the client informed on our progress of handling the curative.
• Maintaining very good notes on the curative they are managing.

Qualifications

• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent oral, verbal, and written communication.
• Superior organizational and time management skills, attention to detail, and efficiency.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze corrective action opportunities and present recommendations.

Requirements

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• High school or equivalent required.
• Basic principles of Quality Assurance and/or Quality Control strongly preferred.
