[Hiring] Texas Estate Planning Paralegal Opportunity @The Freelance Firm, LLC

Role Description

We are now interviewing for a qualified, experienced, and dedicated Texas Estate Planning Paralegal. Remote work hours will vary, but are expected to be approximately 10–20+ hours per week.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Estate Planning Paralegal with direct experience in Texas estate planning matters
• Strong drafting skills, particularly with estate planning documents (wills, trusts, and related documents)
• Experience working with high-net-worth estate planning matters strongly preferred
• Ability to prepare and organize finalized estate plans for client signings
• Experience communicating with clients and gathering necessary information and documentation
• Ability to manage client inquiries and draft communications for attorney review
• Familiarity with real estate matters, including transferring property into trusts (e.g., homestead-related filings)
• Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to work proactively and provide solutions with minimal supervision
• Proficiency with Clio and experience with Westlaw Form Builder (preferred)
• Ability to manage multiple matters and meet deadlines efficiently
• Self-starter and able to work independently

Requirements

• Paralegal pay rate starts at $30/hour
