Role Description
Join Our Team as a Lawyer at Axiom. We are currently seeking Supply Chain/Transportation Attorneys to work full-time with our clients at some of the worldβs largest automotive, retail, technology, consumer goods, and professional services companies.
The ideal candidate will be attorneys experienced in advising supply chain, manufacturing, and operations teams on commercial matters involving suppliers, manufacturers, distributors, and logistics providers. Experience may include:

Responsibilities:

Provide legal counsel and support to clients on supply chain and transportation contracts, including drafting and negotiating agreements for procurement, transportation services, logistics, warehousing, and distribution.

Advise clients on regulatory compliance matters related to transportation and logistics, including federal transportation regulations, import/export controls, environmental regulations, customs laws, and international trade regulations.

Assist clients in mitigating supply chain risks, including supplier disputes, product recalls, supply disruptions, and compliance with ethical sourcing standards.
Qualifications

Licensed U.S. attorney with 3+ years of experience practicing law, with a focus on supply chain, transportation, or logistics law, preferably in a law firm or corporate legal department setting.

Strong knowledge of U.S. transportation laws and regulations, and international laws and regulations relevant to supply chain management, including the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC), Incoterms, and the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA).

Experienced in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide variety of commercial agreements related to supply chain processes, including vendor, supplier, distribution, and service agreements.
Requirements

Compensation: The estimated total compensation for full-time Axiom attorney roles is $104,500-325,000 per year and for non-attorney roles is $71,250-309,750 per year.
