[Hiring] Senior Contract Manager @DP World

Role Description

The Senior Contract Manager will be the central point of accountability for managing contracts across our US Contract Logistics business – including warehousing, distribution, and value-added services agreements. This role bridges Legal, Commercial, and Operations teams by:

• Maintaining a complete inventory of active contracts
• Driving timely renewals and milestone tracking
• Supporting negotiations with strategic customers
• Coordinating with Legal to apply approved contract clauses and surface risk

The ideal candidate combines strong contract management discipline and fluency with Legal AI and contract-review tools with the interpersonal skill to represent the company constructively in customer-facing legal discussions.

Location Flexibility: Candidates may be based in any major U.S. metro area with a DP World operation, providing the opportunity to support our growing national logistics network while remaining close to key business locations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in contract management, negotiation, and commercial/legal advisory, ideally within global or logistics-oriented organizations
• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, legal studies, or a related field required
• Demonstrated experience managing commercial agreements such as Transportation Service Agreements, Master Services Agreements, 3PL Agreements, Carrier Agreements, NDAs, and SLAs
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, mitigate legal risk, and ensure compliance with internal and external regulations
• Experience supporting regulatory compliance and trade compliance in a logistics or supply chain context is a plus
• Strong communication and relationship-management skills
