Role Description

We are looking for a Senior Bankruptcy Attorney with 10+ years of consumer bankruptcy experience to lead and grow our Chapter 7 practice. This is a rare opportunity to build your own practice within a fully remote, collegial firm — all marketing, lead gen, and client acquisition is handled for you, so you can focus entirely on the law.

• Own and grow the firm's high-volume Chapter 7 consumer bankruptcy practice end to end
• Manage consumer filings from intake through discharge (90–120 day cycles)
• Partner with the senior paralegal team on case throughput and quality
• Help hire, vet, and mentor junior attorneys as the practice scales
• Serve as the senior legal voice on complex or contested consumer matters

Qualifications

• Licensed and in good standing with the Texas bar
• 10+ years of dedicated consumer bankruptcy experience (Chapter 7 focus — not corporate/Chapter 11)
• Comfortable operating at high volume without sacrificing accuracy
• Tech-savvy and able to adapt quickly to new tools and platforms
• Strong interpersonal skills — friendly, professional communicator who represents debtors (not creditors)
