[Hiring] Regulatory Analyst @Uniti

Role Description

The Senior Regulatory Analyst II position will be responsible for filing monthly, quarterly, and annual regulatory compliance filings. The role will assist the regulatory compliance department in other compliance related activities, including, but not limited to:

• Coordination of responses to data requests
• Seeking Uniti approvals
• Commission inquiries
• Various ILEC/CLEC/IXC reports
• AP coordination
• State US payment processing
• Maintenance of regulatory reports, logs, and databases

What You'll Do:

• Timely and accurately file state and federal regulatory reports for Uniti and related legal entities
• Assist with various ad hoc projects that arise during the year
• Assist in maintaining regulatory report files and tracking databases
• Proactively and professionally communicate with a variety of internal departments, vendors, and regulatory agencies
• Managing regulatory audits

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s Degree with concentration in telecommunications or accounting preferred
• 0-1 year of experience in an accounting, bookkeeping, tax, or financial reporting role
• Accounting and Financial Analysis Skills
• Accounts Payable Experience Desired
• Detail Oriented
• Strong Organizational Skills
• Research Skills
• Ability to Work Independently
• Effective Communication Skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications, including Word and Excel
