Join Our Team as a Lawyer at Axiom! We are currently seeking Real Estate Attorneys to work with our clients at some of the worldโs largest companies across a range of industries. We are interested in attorneys with experience in one or more of the following areas:

Commercial Real Estate & Leasing:

Commercial leasing and transactional matters involving retail, restaurant, office, industrial, mixed-use, and other commercial properties

Acquisitions and dispositions

Condominium matters
-
Land use
-
Title
-
Property management
-
Construction & Real Estate Development:
-
Construction and development projects
-
Construction contracts, AIA and EPC agreements
-
Vendor and contractor matters
-
Land use and planning
-
Energy or infrastructure development
-
Real Estate Finance:
-
Commercial real estate lending and financing transactions
-
Secured lending, mortgage financing, CMBS, joint ventures, lease financing
-
Property-level due diligence
Candidates do not need experience across all three areas.
Responsibilities:

Advise clients on a broad range of commercial real estate, construction and development, and real estate finance matters, depending on area of experience.

Draft, review, and negotiate commercial leases, purchase and sale agreements, construction and development agreements, financing documents, and other real estate-related agreements.

Counsel clients on transactional, contractual, regulatory, and operational issues arising from real estate and construction projects.

Support matters involving acquisitions and dispositions, development projects, land use and planning, title, due diligence, financing, and property operations, as applicable.

Partner with landlords, tenants, developers, lenders, contractors, vendors, and internal business teams on complex projects and transactions.
Qualifications

4+ years of legal experience in commercial real estate and leasing, construction and development, or real estate finance, preferably with in-house experience.

Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements within the candidateโs applicable area of real estate or construction practice.

Experience with commercial leasing, construction contracts, development projects, real estate financing, or other complex commercial property matters.

Experience involving retail, office, industrial, mixed-use, energy, or infrastructure projects is a plus.

Active attorney license in good standing with a U.S. state bar.
Requirements

The estimated total compensation for full-time Axiom attorney roles is $104,500-325,000 per year and for non-attorney roles is $71,250-309,750 per year.

Compensation decisions are based on various factors, including, but not limited to, experience, skills, certifications, location, and business needs.
