[Hiring] Pre-Litigation Case Manager @Job Duck

Role Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Pre-Litigation Case Manager / Legal Assistant to support our growing personal injury practice. Schedule: Monday to Friday 08:30 AM to 05:30 PM EST

Monthly Compensation: 1,220 to 1,320 USD

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Request and follow up on police reports, medical records, and related documentation
• Communicate with insurance companies regarding claims and coverage
• Prepare and send Letters of Representation
• Manage a caseload of personal injury matters throughout the pre-litigation phase
• Prepare and organize documentation for negotiations and potential settlements
• Provide regular case updates regarding insurance coverage, treatment status, and case developments
• Maintain regular communication and follow-up with clients to ensure an excellent client experience

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Case Manager, Legal Assistant, or similar role within a personal injury law firm
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to manage multiple cases while maintaining attention to detail
• Comfortable communicating with clients, medical providers, and insurance companies
• Proficiency with case management software and Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work independently while remaining accountable to deadlines and expectations
