Role Description

The Immigration Paralegal role is an exciting opportunity to grow your career with one of the largest law firms in the United States. Under the supervision of an attorney, the immigration paralegal is responsible for preparing and filing high-volume PERM applications. The paralegal:

• Compiles and analyzes case facts
• Drafts correspondence
• Maintains and organizes client documentation
• Communicates directly with multiple attorneys

This position may be remote, but the successful candidate must reside in a state where we have a physical office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, or a paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program
• 5+ years of experience drafting and preparing PERM applications, preferably in a large law firm environment
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and work independently toward team goals
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Strong proficiency with MS Word, Outlook, INSZoom, and document management systems
