Role Description

We're growing, and we're looking for a sharp, motivated paralegal who wants to take real ownership of their caseload in a fast-paced, genuinely collaborative environment.

What You'll Do

• Discovery and eDiscovery Management
• Trial preparation and courtroom support
• Dig into case strategy
• Case strategy and docketing
• Drafting legal documents including motions
• Support attorneys through depositions, mediations, trial and other proceedings
• Collaborate with attorneys and legal professionals to build winning strategies

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience of landlord/tenant law and unlawful detainers
• The ability to manage multiple cases independently, without missing a detail
• Solid grounding in relevant laws, regulations, and procedures
• Litigation and trial support experience
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Unlawful Detainer experience or Paralegal Certification from an accredited program
