[Hiring] Newly Barred Associate Attorney, Workers' Compensation @Abramson Labor Group

Role Description

Abramson Labor Group is seeking a highly motivated Associate Attorney to join our team in Burbank, CA. Newly barred attorneys or attorneys who recently passed the bar or wanted to pivot and learn Worker's Compensation.

• Managing a docket of cases to resolution
• Depositions:
  • Preparing client for deposition
  • Attending depositions
  • Invoicing Depositions
• Responding to client inquiries that require attorney negotiations and moving matters towards resolution
• Responsive to incoming emails and phone calls
• Providing direction and guidance to non-attorneys as needed
• Team Player:
  • Bringing positivity to the workplace and leading non-attorneys by example
  • Participation in team events during work and after work hours
  • Providing feedback to management to ensure ALG performs the best it can for our clients

Qualifications

• Comfortable with fast-paced work environments
• Doctors' deposition experience (preferred)
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Candidates must be in good standing with the California State Bar

Requirements

• MUST be California State Barred and reside in the state of California
