[Hiring] Middle Legal Counsel @TRADING SPACE

Role Description

We’re looking for a Middle Legal Counsel to join our team and help us navigate a wide range of legal matters across our international operations. You’ll work on everything from commercial agreements and data protection to everyday legal questions, collaborating with different teams and international partners. • Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, including contracts with payment providers, business partners, and service providers;
• Support day-to-day legal operations and handle legal requests from different departments;
• Review and update legal documentation, including Terms of Service, Privacy Policies, and other internal and external documents;
• Support GDPR compliance and handle matters related to personal data protection;
• Identify and assess potential legal risks across the company's jurisdictions and business operations;
• Prepare legal responses to requests from users, partners, and internal stakeholders;
• Communicate with international partners, external legal advisors, and service providers;
• Support corporate and intellectual property matters, including trademark registration;
• Assist with improving internal legal processes and documentation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant legal experience, preferably in an international product or technology company;
• University degree in Law;
• Solid knowledge of international commercial and contract law, with hands-on experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements;
• Good understanding of GDPR and data protection principles;
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher, with strong written and verbal communication skills;
• Ability to identify legal risks and provide practical, business-oriented solutions;
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
• Proactive mindset, independence, and willingness to take ownership of tasks.

Requirements

• Familiarity with the Steam trade system and skins market (CS2, Dota2, Rust);
• Experience in gaming, iGaming, or e-commerce products.
