Role Description

Join us as a Legal Counsel (Consulting and Agreements) in our mission to change the world by making blockchain accessible to everyone in everyday life.

Qualifications

• Full Legal Degree
• At least Upper-Intermediate level of English (oral, written, legal)
• Excellent knowledge of Ukrainian and international law
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Legal Counsel in corporate, financial, or IT law

Requirements

• Legal support for the operations of national and foreign companies
• Reviewing and drafting contracts/agreements, including NDAs, service, license agreements, and other contracts pertaining to IP rights
• Drafting corporate policies and agreements, including data processing and privacy policies in compliance with GDPR standards
• Professional work ethic and strong attention to detail
• Diligence, attentiveness, and accountability
• Excellent analytical skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
• Proactive mindset and a focus on the prevention of problems
• Autonomy in task execution

Responsibilities

• Conducting legal research and preparing legal memoranda on specialized corporate, tax, and marketing issues
• Mitigating the company's legal risks
• Providing contractual support for the holding's companies, including drafting and legal review/vetting of agreements
• Providing legal support for the marketing area, including promotional campaigns and Intellectual Property protection
• Preparing corporate documentation, including Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) and Privacy Policies
• Providing legal consultation to the HR department and company employees
