Role Description

We are seeking experienced M&A Associates to contribute their legal expertise to an innovative AI-focused project. The role involves:

• Reviewing and analyzing M&A transactions, contracts, and legal scenarios.
• Conducting legal research across M&A, corporate law, private equity, and litigation.
• Evaluating AI-generated legal content for accuracy, clarity, completeness, and legal reasoning.
• Identifying key legal principles, risks, inconsistencies, and potential issues.
• Providing expert feedback to improve AI-generated legal outputs.
• Drafting, editing, and clarifying complex legal concepts in an accessible manner.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams in a fully remote environment.
• Participating in quality assurance and content review processes.
• Applying legal best practices to support continuous improvement of project deliverables.

Qualifications

• US-qualified attorney with strong experience in M&A and corporate transactions.
• Experience at a top-tier US law firm is preferred.
• Demonstrated expertise in M&A deal structuring, due diligence, and risk assessment.
• Strong knowledge of corporate law, private equity, and related litigation matters.
• Excellent legal research, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong critical-thinking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with remote, multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong commitment to legal accuracy, quality, and professional standards.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience handling sophisticated M&A and private equity transactions.
• Experience with legal content review, quality assurance, or evaluation frameworks.
• Familiarity with legal technology or AI-assisted legal tools is a plus.
• Ability to explain complex legal concepts clearly and effectively.
• Interest in applying legal expertise to emerging AI and technology initiatives.
