Insurance Defense Litigation Attorney β Texas - Remote work!
Looking for candidates in Austin, Houston, San Antonio, and Dallas.
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and the court.
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Attend hearings, depositions, and trials as necessary.
- Independently manage court appearances, depositions, motion practice, and trials.
Qualifications
- TX Bar
- Recent insurance defense experience

- Medical Malpractice, Civil Litigation
- Construction Defect
- Products Liability, Toxic Torts
- Insurance Coverage
