Handle a diverse caseload involving business, employment, contract, restrictive covenant, construction, and healthcare-related disputes.

Independently manage a litigation caseload from initial intake through resolution or trial.

Serve as first-chair counsel on appropriate matters and take an active role in courtroom strategy and advocacy.

Handle court appearances, hearings, depositions, arbitrations, mediations, and trials.

Represent clients in contract disputes, restrictive covenant matters, employment and labor conflicts, construction disputes, and employment discrimination claims.

Develop litigation strategy and provide practical guidance directly to clients.

Draft motions, briefs, discovery, pleadings, and other litigation documents.

Research complex procedural, regulatory, and substantive legal issues.

Collaborate closely with senior counsel and experienced paralegal support.

Maintain strong client relationships while communicating clearly about strategy, risk, and case developments.

Assist with corporate or transactional matters if interested.
Qualifications

Active Georgia Bar license.

5+ years of litigation experience.

First-chair trial experience required.

Demonstrated ability to independently manage litigation matters from start to finish.

Strong deposition, courtroom, motion practice, legal writing, and advocacy skills.

Excellent analytical, negotiation, and client communication abilities.

Experience with business, commercial, employment, construction, or restrictive covenant litigation is strongly preferred.

Strong work ethic and ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Must reside within approximately 75 miles of Atlanta.
