Role Description

Our client is looking for various attorneys with 1-10+ years of experience in defense litigation managing a docket of litigation matters. Attorneys have the opportunity to come in as Associates, Senior Counsel, or Partners depending on the years of experience.

Qualifications

• Strong litigation experience and great academic credentials
• Exceptional writing and advocacy skills
• Ability to manage a docket of cases from file to trial
• Desire to collaborate with other attorneys and Partners on a multitude of legal projects
• Proficiency with entering billable time and achieving billable targets

Requirements

• Independently manage a docket of insurance defense cases
• Take and defend depositions
• Attend mediations
• Manage client and insured communications
• Draft motions and pleadings
• Perform legal research
• Efficiently manage court appearances and depositions
• Serve as point of contact for clients and provide active communication
