Role Description
An established, multi-state real estate and creditors’ rights law firm is seeking a qualified Litigation Associate Attorney to support its New Jersey practice group.

Handle a high-volume caseload involving creditors’ rights and real estate litigation matters.

Draft pleadings, conduct legal research, manage discovery, and support motion practice and case progression from inception through resolution.

Requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Collaborate with attorneys, clients, and internal teams across multiple jurisdictions.
Qualifications
-
Member in good standing of the New Jersey State Bar.

5+ years of experience in real estate, civil litigation, and/or creditors’ rights practice.

Proficient in utilizing the Firm’s case management and reporting software.

Strong foundation in civil procedure, motions practice, and loss mitigation.

Knowledge of Title & Lien Priority, Title Claim, Foreclosure, Eviction, TILA, RESPA, FDCPA, and creditors’ rights practice.

Court appearances and some attendant travel will be required.

Commitment to superior client care and proactive communication.

Self-starter who enjoys working in a collaborative environment.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Active membership of the New Jersey Bar is required.

Additional Bar licenses are a plus.
