Role Description

We are seeking experienced Litigation Associate Attorneys from top-tier US law firms to contribute legal expertise to an AI training project. The role involves:

• Reviewing complex legal documents
• Drafting agreements
• Analyzing legal scenarios
• Providing structured feedback to improve AI model accuracy and legal reasoning

No prior AI experience is required.

Qualifications

• JD from a US law school and active US bar admission in good standing
• Experience at an AmLaw 100 or similarly prestigious law firm
• Expertise in litigation, M&A, private equity, capital markets, contract drafting, and data privacy
• Excellent legal writing, research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail when handling complex legal matters
• Experience with remote collaboration and multidisciplinary teams
• Familiarity with structured review rubrics is an advantage

Requirements

• Review and analyze complex litigation documents, contracts, and transactional materials
• Draft sample agreements and legal clauses related to M&A, private equity, and capital markets
• Evaluate legal scenarios involving data privacy, cross-border transactions, and complex legal issues
• Provide structured legal analysis and feedback to support AI model development
• Collaborate remotely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure legal accuracy
• Contribute to legal evaluation frameworks and review rubrics
• Refine training data through iterative feedback to maintain legal precision and practical relevance
