[Hiring] Lien Negotiator / Reductions Specialist @Get Linked up LLC

Role Description

Get Linked Up is recruiting on behalf of a U.S.-based personal injury law firm seeking an experienced Lien Negotiator / Resolutions Specialist to own the settlement and disbursement phase of personal injury cases. You will reduce medical bills and liens, communicate with providers and lien holders, and prepare final disbursement documentation — working remotely as a key member of the legal team.

• Disbursement Coordinator

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience in medical bill and lien reduction for personal injury cases
• Direct experience in the settlement and disbursement phase of a personal injury law firm
• Ability to prepare settlement statements and disbursement documentation independently
• Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written) — required
• Strong numerical accuracy and exceptional attention to detail
• Comfortable managing a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced remote environment
• Strong negotiation and communication skills with external providers

Requirements

• Prior experience with U.S.-based personal injury law firms (nice to have)
• Familiarity with legal case management systems (e.g. Filevine, Litify, MyCase) (nice to have)
• Background in remote legal support roles (nice to have)
