Role Description

Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, a national law firm with offices in all 50 states, has an immediate opening for a Legal Secretary in its Tulsa office. Ideal candidates should have experience working in a fast-paced law firm. There may be flexible options for successful candidates, including hybrid and fully remote opportunities.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with Oklahoma State and Federal rules of civil procedure.
• Exceptional attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
• Compulaw experience is beneficial and a plus.
• Excellent analytical and written communication skills.

Requirements

• Provide administrative support to multiple Attorneys, including various in-person office management responsibilities.
• Work independently on pleadings, discovery, motion preparation, and e-discovery.
• Experience and knowledge of e-filing in state and federal court.
• Knowledge of case management and Oklahoma counties’ Civil Courts docket procedures.
• Document review and exhibit preparation.
