Role Description

You will keep attorney calendars, documents, and filings under control so nothing slips.

• Maintain attorney calendars, court dates, and internal deadlines
• Prepare, format, and proofread correspondence, pleadings, and client documents
• Coordinate court and county filings, including e-filing portals, and confirm acceptance
• Open, organize, and maintain matter files in the firm document system
• Schedule client calls, signings, and internal meetings across time zones
• Handle transcription and document intake

Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience working for a U.S.-based law firm
• Three or more years working U.S. business hours
• Fluent English, spoken and written
• A professional, private, quiet home office
• A primary internet connection plus a separate backup internet connection
• A backup power source capable of covering a full shift
• A laptop less than five years old

Requirements

• California state and federal court filing experience (preferred)
• Familiarity with e-filing portals and California Rules of Court formatting (preferred)
• Experience in a probate, trust, or estate planning practice (preferred)

Benefits

• PHP ₱312 to ₱1,248 per hour, set by role, prior experience, and scope of responsibility
