Role Description

Our rapidly growing law practice is seeking a remote legal intake specialist to handle new client intake after hours and on weekends. You’ll survey prospective clients and empathize with them about the details of their case, manage new client onboarding and data entry, and work with speed and accuracy to capture case details. We’ll provide the training and resources to help you flourish in your role on a tight-knit, supportive, and passionate legal team. • This position is remote in the Philippines
• Capture case information with speed and accuracy
• Answer prospective clients' questions and concerns with empathy and expertise
• Manage the intake pipeline with obsessive attention to detail
• Evaluate prospective client inquiries and phone calls, analyzing their case fit and making sure they feel seen and heard
• Collect paperwork and enter data into our case management system to ensure a smooth onboarding for new clients and tidy management of case files

Qualifications

• Ability to work under pressure
• Obsessive attention to detail
• Possesses outstanding communication skills and a sense of empathy
• Previous legal experience highly valued
• Previous experience with CRM and case management software desired
• Spanish speaker preferred but not required
