-
A working knowledge of privacy laws, including GDPR, and how they apply to customer and vendor agreements, especially DPAs.

-
A track record of closing deals on tight timelines, including end-of-quarter pressure, while keeping risk under control.

-
A genuine enjoyment of negotiating, with strong drafting skills and close attention to detail.
