• Draft, format, and file pleadings, motions, subpoenas, and other legal documents
• Manage complex attorney calendars and coordinate court dates, meetings, and deadlines
• Organize and maintain client files—physical and digital—with obsessive attention to detail
• Conduct legal research and assist with case prep, discovery, and trial support
• Serve as the point of contact for clients, courts, and opposing counsel
• Handle correspondence, schedule management, and administrative tasks
• Assist with exhibit prep and trial notebooks for court appearances
• E-file with precision—you’re proficient in M-filing
• Type quickly and accurately (65+ wpm preferred)
• Work as part of a high-performing team dedicated to delivering results

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in litigation support or legal secretary roles
• Knowledge of Michigan No-Fault law and/or Personal Injury Experience preferred
• Familiarity with legal terminology and civil litigation procedures
• Excellent organization, time management, and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to juggle deadlines without dropping the ball
• Professionalism, confidentiality, and a client-first mindset
