[Hiring] Lawyer: Property/Corporate @Naiman Clarke

Role Description

Advise landlords and tenants on property transaction and commercial leasing matters.

• Assist the corporate team with the property aspects of commercial and M&A transactions.
• Working on matters involving property investment, development and finance.
• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a range of property and commercial agreements.
• Managing matters independently while working closely with Partners and other lawyers.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years PQE, with strong experience across property transactions and commercial leasing.
• Excellent drafting, communication and attention to detail.
• Commercially minded, enthusiastic and comfortable managing matters independently.
• Interested in developing long-term client relationships and building a profile within the industry.

Requirements

• High-quality property transactions with exposure to broader corporate, commercial and M&A matters.
• Just 5.5 billable hours per day with a lucrative bonus structure where you could earn up to 40% of your annual salary!
