Role Description

Our client is seeking a Korean-speaking Regulatory Review Consultant to assess a gap analysis comparing Korean regulations and internal banking policies. This role requires strong bilingual proficiency and the ability to review large volumes of regulatory content with accuracy and precision.

• Review and assess gap analysis outputs between Korean regulations and internal policies
• Validate accuracy of regulatory interpretation and identified gaps
• Identify inconsistencies, omissions, or misinterpretations in the analysis
• Provide clear, structured feedback and recommendations
• Support APAC stakeholders with regulatory and compliance insights
• Work through high-volume documentation (~5,000 pages) efficiently and accurately

Qualifications

• Fluent in Korean and English (reading and professional proficiency required)
• Experience reviewing regulatory, compliance, legal, or policy documentation
• Background in banking, financial services, compliance, risk, or audit preferred
• Strong analytical skills with ability to assess complex regulatory content
• High attention to detail and ability to provide clear, concise feedback
• Comfortable working on short-term, high-intensity engagements
