Role Description

Seeking an attorney to support patent prosecution, due diligence, and FTO work. Candidates should have experience with the following:

• Running day to day supervision of technical specialists
• Working on patent prosecution, due diligence, FTO, counseling matters
• Handling large clients with big portfolios globally
• Supporting client meetings

A science background in organic chemistry/small molecules is required. An advanced degree is strongly preferred. Candidates must be licensed to practice before the USPTO and in a state where the firm has an office.
