[Hiring] Interim Corporate/Commercial Lawyer @Simmons & Simmons

Role Description

Simmons Adaptive are keen to hear from corporate or commercial lawyers who are interested in supporting a pharmaceuticals client at Simmons & Simmons. This is expected to be a full-time, fully remote role for 6 months.

Qualifications

• Junior/mid-level lawyer with corporate/M&A or commercial experience from a leading private practice or in-house environment.
• Ideally have experience with due diligence.
• Experience working on restructuring or liquidation is a plus.
• Proactive and trustworthy.
• Accountable to the work taken on when working remotely.
• Problem solver with a collaborative approach.
• Able to work in a dynamic and fast-moving environment.
• Able to work quickly and effectively to tight deadlines.
• Can work autonomously but also collaborate as part of the wider team.
• Required to hold the relevant right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship is not available).
