Role Description

Insurance Defense Litigation Attorney – New York City - Remote work

• Manage insurance defense litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation documents.
• Take and defend depositions; attend court hearings, mediations, and arbitrations.
• Evaluate liability and damages exposure; provide case analysis and client reporting.
• Prepare cases for settlement, trial, and appeal as needed.

Qualifications

• NY Bar
• Recent insurance defense experience

• Toxic Torts, Products Liability
• General / Premises Liability
• Trucking & Transportation
• Medical Malpractice
