[Hiring] Freelance Corporate Lawyer @Swapcard

Role Description

Swapcard is looking for a freelance lawyer to support our in-house legal team. You’ll report to and work directly with Sarah Fellous, our Chief Legal Officer.

• Company law: corporate housekeeping, governance and shareholder matters.
• Employment law: day-to-day support on contracts, HR questions and procedures.
• Other business law topics as needed.

Qualifications

• Admitted to the French Bar; US Bar admission is a plus.
• At least 5 years in business law, including in-house or with SaaS/tech clients.
• Full professional proficiency in English; French is a strong plus.
• Comfortable working on your own in a fast-paced, international environment.

Requirements

• Freelance engagement, remote. CET timezone preferred; other timezones can be discussed.
• Start as soon as possible, with an initial period through the end of 2026 that can be renewed.
• Rate depends on profile.
