[Hiring] Employment Law Client Intake & Paralegal Executive @31 Green Ltd

Role Description

We are looking for an experienced Employment Law Client Intake & Paralegal Executive to support a growing UK-based employment law practice. The role combines new client intake, lead conversion, client communication and employment law paralegal support.

• Review, prioritise and follow up on new client enquiries.
• Speak with prospective clients to understand their employment-related issues.
• Triage enquiries and identify matters requiring solicitor input.
• Explain relevant services and fixed-fee options to prospective clients.
• Manage client follow-ups and support conversion of suitable enquiries into instructions.
• Assist with onboarding, payment and solicitor allocation.
• Maintain accurate records of enquiries and client communications.
• Support solicitors with case documents, chronologies, legal research and correspondence.
• Assist with settlement agreements, Employment Tribunal matters and general employment law casework.

Qualifications

• Previous experience or strong knowledge of UK Employment Law.
• Experience as a Paralegal, Legal Assistant, Employment Adviser, CILEX professional, Solicitor or similar.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong client communication and telephone skills.
• Excellent organisation, follow-up and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Strong commercial judgment and ability to identify when matters require escalation.
• Client intake, legal business development or lead-conversion experience is highly desirable.
• Solicitor qualification is not required.
