Role Description

Cozen O’Connor’s Philadelphia office has a unique opportunity for a REMOTE Docketing Specialist who will be responsible for providing comprehensive litigation and non-litigation calendaring services to the firm. Responsibilities include:

• Calendaring for all assigned matters
• Adhering to firm calendaring procedures and processes
• Facilitating firm compliance with calendaring policies and protocols to minimize risk of missed deadlines
• Quality-checking of calendar reports

We currently offer a remote work schedule. Associates are expected to be available Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm EST.

Qualifications

• Experience in litigation and non-litigation calendaring
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to adhere to policies and procedures
