We’re looking for an enthusiastic and talented Court Paralegal Coordinator to our Legal team!
Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of demonstrable experience at immigration law firms, with direct and active handling of cases before the Immigration Court (EOIR / removal defense) — not solely in administrative or support functions.

Bilingual (Spanish / English) – fluent in speaking and writing (minimum B2 level).

Legal Team Leadership: Prior experience supervising, coordinating, or leading paralegals or legal staff, preferably in remote environments.

EOIR Procedure Mastery: Master Calendar Hearings, Individual Hearings, the BIA appeal process, and e-filing.

Motion Review: Ability to review and validate motions such as Continuance, Change of Venue, Reopen, Reconsider, Terminate, Withdraw, Administrative Closure, and Bond requests.

Knowledge of Immigration Relief available in removal proceedings: asylum, cancellation of removal, adjustment of status, among others.

Action-Oriented Profile: Willingness to personally step into a case or motion and set the example of execution for the rest of the team.
Requirements

Quality Control: Conduct Pre-Attorney and Post-Attorney Reviews of 12–15 packages weekly each, ensuring every motion and filing meets the firm’s legal and formatting standards.

Strategic Case Management: Assign and balance the team’s caseload (Court/ICE cases, USCIS motions, SIJ, and declarations) according to complexity and availability, while maintaining a master deadline calendar.

Continuous Improvement: Implement at least one process improvement every two weeks (documents, templates, or automations) and verify its actual use in the team’s daily work.
