[Hiring] Conveyancer @Habito by Monzo

Role Description

We’re looking for a Property Lawyer / Conveyancer to help build and grow our in-house conveyancing practice. Our cutting-edge technology helps streamline the conveyancing process, enabling fee earners to do their best work and keep clients and third parties updated throughout the transaction.

• Handling the sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties.
• Experience in re-mortgages, new-build developments, and Help to Buy schemes is also required.
• Experience of acting for lenders as well as your client is necessary.
• Manage your own caseload and provide feedback to our technical teams on technology adaptations.
• Commercial property experience is desirable but not required.
• Use strong communication and collaboration skills to work as part of a close team.
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment.

Qualifications

• English law qualified solicitor or licensed conveyancer.
• Experience of working on residential property transactions.
• Ability to think creatively about traditional concepts.
• Strong communication skills and enjoy teamwork.

• Ability to work efficiently and proactively.
• Manage time well to prioritize work.
